Ron Smith

Head Coach

Ron has coached Volleyball, Football, and Softball for 17 years and has been the head volleyball coach at Delaware Military Academy since 2007.

From 2006-2010, Ron coached at Mason Dixon Volleyball Club and served as assistant director and director during that time. From 2005-2006, Ron coached at Cecil Volleyball Club.

Ron has taken teams to Regionals every year, and has won or placed 2nd in 6 of 7 years.
