In the past three seasons, her teams have finished in the top 5 in the Region.
Deanne's coaching focus is at the middle school age, teaching solid fundamentals and the critical thinking skills needed to prepare players to advance to the next level. She also takes pride in guiding families new to the club experience, providing detailed communication to ease the introduction into club volleyball.
As a coach, Deanne is USAV Impact, CAP I, & CAP II certified. She is also heavily involved with the USAV High Performance Program where she works as an evaluator during various HP Try-outs in the Northeast. She was also honored to be invited as an Apprentice Coach at a 2012 USAV HP Camp in Oklahoma.
